Our presses range in capacity from 15 ton to 60 ton to accommodate a myriad of stock thickness and specific customer requirements. <p align="left">Our steel rule dies are produced using the most up-to-date technology. Programmers convert customer specifications into numerical data, which drives lasers in the cutting operation. We design and build temporary and permanent tooling to accommodate the needs of any order. We meet tolerance demands as close as .001 and offer secondary operations including deburring, machining, countersinking, tapping, and forming. </p> <p>Statistical Process Control procedures are used to ensure zero defects on shipped parts.
