Die Cutting
To
augment our screen printing and machining departments, The Harva Company can
offer a full range of die-cutting and embossing services using materials cut
from either a roll or prepunched blank. Our presses range in capacity from 15
ton to 60 ton to accommodate a myriad of stock thickness and specific customer
requirements.
Our steel rule dies are produced using the most up-to-date technology. Programmers convert customer specifications into numerical data, which drives lasers in the cutting operation. The precise tolerance of The Harva Company tooling insures you of a part that will fit your product at a price that can fit your budget.
Stamping
The Harva Company produces short and medium run stampings to specification using virtually any stampable plastic material in quantities of 50 to 100,000 pieces. We design and build temporary and permanent tooling to accommodate the needs of any order. We meet tolerance demands as close as .001 and offer secondary operations including deburring, machining, countersinking, tapping, and forming.
Statistical Process Control procedures are used to ensure zero defects on shipped parts. We are proud to say our customers have come to expect nothing less.
